<Job Responsibilities>
• Provide day-to-day IT support to ensure the smooth running of the computers, network devices, printers as well as end users’ requirements.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks & printers.
• Handle asset management, keeping and monitoring of hardware inventory and software licensing records.
• Monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, systems, networks and reports.
• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Implement and monitor office IT security and antivirus.
• Manage and oversee the administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure.
• Providing IT training to enhance user awareness.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Assisting IT manager to coordinate on IT project assignments and duties.
• Propose value-added IT solutions/ applications that beneficial to company by increase efficiency, enhance workflow, and save company operational cost.
• Evaluate and selecting vendors for negotiation of purchase; maintain good relationship with supplier as well.
• Require standby after working hours and during weekends when necessary.
• Willing to travel overseas for job support when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, 23-32 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1-year experience of;
• Hands-on experience in Windows server administration & In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and Windows OS.
• Basic knowledge of setup and configuration of firewall, switch, wireless controller, access points, PABX & door access is a plus.
• Competent at documenting standard/applications operating procedures.
• Good interpersonal skill and some travel will be required.
• Spoken English is compulsory

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
• ให้การสนับสนุนด้านไอทีแบบวันต่อวันเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการทำงานของคอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย เครื่องพิมพ์ และความต้องการของผู้ใช้ปลายทางเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
• การติดตั้งและกำหนดค่าฮาร์ดแวร์คอมพิวเตอร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ ระบบ เครือข่ายและเครื่องพิมพ์
• จัดการสินทรัพย์ การเก็บรักษา และการตรวจสอบสินค้าคงคลังฮาร์ดแวร์และบันทึกการอนุญาตให้ใช้สิทธิ์ซอฟต์แวร์
• ตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ระบบ เครือข่าย และรายงานด้านไอที
• จัดระเบียบและกำหนดเวลาการอัพเกรดและการบำรุงรักษาโดยไม่ขัดขวางการทำงานของผู้อื่น
• ซ่อมแซมและเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ตามความจำเป็น
• ดำเนินการและตรวจสอบความปลอดภัย IT ของสำนักงานและโปรแกรมป้องกันไวรัส
• บริหารจัดการและดูแลการบริหารและบำรุงรักษาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของบริษัท
• ให้การฝึกอบรมด้านไอทีเพื่อเพิ่มการรับรู้ของผู้ใช้
• ตอบสนองต่อปัญหาและคำขอบริการอย่างทันท่วงที
• ช่วยเหลือผู้จัดการฝ่ายไอทีในการประสานงานการมอบหมายและหน้าที่โครงการไอที
• เสนอโซลูชัน/แอปพลิเคชันด้านไอทีที่มีมูลค่าเพิ่มซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบริษัทโดยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ปรับปรุงเวิร์กโฟลว์ และประหยัดต้นทุนการดำเนินงานของบริษัท
• ประเมินและคัดเลือกผู้ขายเพื่อเจรจาซื้อ พร้อมทั้งรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับซัพพลายเออร์ด้วย
• ต้องสแตนด์บายหลังเลิกงานและในช่วงสุดสัปดาห์เมื่อจำเป็น
• ยินดีเดินทางไปต่างประเทศเพื่อรับการสนับสนุนงานเมื่อจำเป็น
• ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย อายุ 23-32 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี;
• ประสบการณ์ตรงในการดูแลระบบเซิร์ฟเวอร์ Windows และความรู้เชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับฮาร์ดแวร์คอมพิวเตอร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ และระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows
• มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการตั้งค่าและการกำหนดค่าไฟร์วอลล์ สวิตช์ คอนโทรลเลอร์ไร้สาย จุดเชื่อมต่อ การเข้าถึง PABX & door เป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
• ความสามารถในการบันทึกขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานมาตรฐาน/แอปพลิเคชัน
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดีและอาจจะมีการเดินทางบ้าง
• พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นข้อบังคับ
