<Job Responsibilities>
- Design and make drawings of mechanical systems such as Air conditioning system, Fire protection system, Ventilation system, Wastewater treatment, Sanitary system and Energy conservation
- Visit construction site to check conditions and progress (can use company car with driver or own car)
- Estimate the necessary materials and price from drawings
- Prepare quotations for client
- Propose better equipment to reduce electric fee for client
- Prepare plan for installation (HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression, etc.)
- Other duties assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 27-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of working experience as Mechanical design Engineer in construction company
- Working experience to design one of mechanical system as below
- *Air conditioning system, Fire protection system, Ventilation system, Waste water treatment, Sanitary system and Energy conservation
- Have experience of Auto CAD 2D
- Conversational middle level of English to communicate with Japanese

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Working experience in Japanese construction company
- More than 10 years of working experience as mechanical design engineer

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ออกแบบและเขียนแบบระบบเครื่องกล เช่น ระบบปรับอากาศ ระบบป้องกันอัคคีภัย ระบบระบายอากาศ ระบบบำบัดน้ำเสีย ระบบสุขาภิบาล และการอนุรักษ์พลังงาน
- เยี่ยมชมสถานที่ก่อสร้างเพื่อตรวจสอบสภาพและความคืบหน้า (สามารถใช้รถบริษัทพร้อมคนขับหรือรถยนต์ส่วนตัวได้)
- ประมาณการวัสดุและราคาที่จำเป็นจากแบบแปลน
- จัดทำใบเสนอราคาให้กับลูกค้า
- เสนออุปกรณ์ที่ดีกว่าเพื่อลดค่าไฟฟ้าให้กับลูกค้า
- จัดทำแผนการติดตั้ง (HVAC, ประปา, การดับเพลิง, ฯลฯ )
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 27-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรออกแบบเครื่องกลในบริษัทก่อสร้าง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานออกแบบระบบเครื่องกลอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งดังนี้:
- *ระบบปรับอากาศ ระบบป้องกันอัคคีภัย ระบบระบายอากาศ ระบบบำบัดน้ำเสีย ระบบสุขาภิบาลและการอนุรักษ์พลังงาน
- มีประสบการณ์ Auto CAD 2D
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลางเพื่อสื่อสารกับชาวญี่ปุ่น

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทก่อสร้างของญี่ปุ่น
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานมากกว่า 10 ปีในฐานะวิศวกรออกแบบเครื่องกล
