Duties & Responsibility:

Develop the annual marketing plan, marketing review, marketing objectives, innovation
Communicate effectively and federate both the operational teams and top management around common plans
Maintain and cultivate excellent business relationships with JP and Non-JP customers
Sales monitoring, analyze reports and dashboards to constantly monitor the sales and marketing performances per department, brands, in order to make fact based decision


Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality
Male/ Female , Age 35-40
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields
5-10 years’ experience in senior sales representative or marketing function with leasing/hire purchase, banking or financial institution 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven and highly motivated
Strong awareness of risk/return business opportunities
[Prefer]
Manager level from leasing business and have experience dealing with thai and Japanese companies
Able to drive and having license (car will be provided by the company)


Languages skills 
English: Advance Conversation Level 


Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)


About the Benefit
Salary: 80,000-120,000 THB/ Month
