<Job Responsibilities>
- To support work of General Manger and Directors, Get supports from all, Bridge between company and employees.
- Identify operational issues and resolve them in consultation with relevant departments and companies involved.
- Consider and implement efficiency improvements in the department's operations.
- Review the resources required for the department and develop a manpower and training plan.
- Making every effort to maximize the profits of the department.
- Establish scope of work for subordinates to achieve departmental - targets and manage progress.

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, 30-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical or other equivariant degrees)
- Good in English language both writing and communication and proficient in MS Office.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Mechanical work
- At least 3 years’ experience in C&I work. Reading and understanding drawings related to the machine such as P&IDs, mechanical drawings, - Electrical schematics and diagrams. Including performing equipment calibration, Logic parameter change. (At least Basic knowledge)
- At least 3 years’ experience in proven customer-facing/negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to trouble shooting on Gas Turbine (Conduct root cause analysis and issue engineering investigation report)
- Understand Power plant operation concept
- Ability to prepare, Coordinate and Conduct regular meetings, schedule, activities, manpower, etc. with relative parties
- Technical knowledge/Experience of GE LM6000, Siemens SGT-800, Industrial Gas turbine maintenance
- Ability to motivate and develop a team. Work as a team player and contribute to the success of the team.

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานของผู้จัดการทั่วไปและกรรมการ, รับการสนับสนุนจากทุกคน, ทำหน้าที่ประสานงานระหว่างบริษัทและพนักงาน
- ระบุปัญหาการดำเนินงานและแก้ไขปัญหาโดยปรึกษาหารือกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและบริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- พิจารณาและดำเนินการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงานของแผนก
- ทบทวนทรัพยากรที่จำเป็นสำหรับแผนก และพัฒนากำลังคนและแผนการฝึกอบรม
- พยายามทุกวิถีทางเพื่อเพิ่มผลกำไรสูงสุดของแผนก
- กำหนดขอบเขตงานให้กับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของแผนกและจัดการความก้าวหน้า

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย อายุ 30-45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรม (เครื่องกลหรือไฟฟ้าหรือเทียบเท่าอื่นๆ)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทั้งในด้านการเขียนและการสื่อสาร และสามารถใช้ MS Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ด้านงานเครื่องกล
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี ด้าน C&I, การอ่านและทำความเข้าใจแบบเขียนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเครื่องจักร เช่น P&IDs แบบเขียนแบบเครื่องกล - แผนผังไฟฟ้าและไดอะแกรม รวมถึงดำเนินการสอบเทียบอุปกรณ์ การเปลี่ยนแปลงพารามิเตอร์ลอจิก (อย่างน้อยความรู้พื้นฐาน)
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการพิสูจน์การเผชิญหน้า/การเจรจาต่อรองและทักษะการแก้ปัญหา
- ความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับกังหันก๊าซ (ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุและรายงานการตรวจสอบปัญหาทางวิศวกรรม)
- เข้าใจแนวคิดการดำเนินงานโรงไฟฟ้า
- ความสามารถในการจัดเตรียม, ประสานงาน, และดำเนินการประชุม, กำหนดการ กิจกรรม กำลังคน ฯลฯ กับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเป็นประจำ
- ความรู้ด้านเทคนิค/ประสบการณ์ของ GE LM6000, Siemens SGT-800, การบำรุงรักษากังหันก๊าซอุตสาหกรรม
- สามารถจูงใจและพัฒนาทีมได้ ทำงานเป็นทีมและมีส่วนร่วมในความสำเร็จของทีม
