Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial and administrative support to Japanese GM
Handle all secretarial duties include computer work, filing, scheduling
Organize and coordinate meeting, conference
Sometimes visit clients with Japanese GM
Other task as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age above 25 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 2 year of working experience in real estate business
Willing to learn new things and familiar with Japanese culture
Computer literacy (Ms. Office, Excel)
Preferable:
Be able to use SAP
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2 or above)
Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17.15 (Mon-Fri)
