Work outline: Responsible for Accounting & Taxation & Finance & HR & Administration function
Duties & Responsibilities:
Accounting & Taxation
Full spectrum of accounting functions
Internal Controls
Monthly review of Management Account
Comply with local Accounting standards & Tax regulations
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and other relevant authorities
Finance
Working Capital management
Liaise with external bankers, if required
HR & Administration
Full spectrum of HR & Office Administrations
Comply with local employment regulations & MFA internal policies
Provide orientation and guidance to new employees on board
Provide support to Management for any ad-hoc duties and projects
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male or female, age 28-38 years
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Experience in accounting business as a management level
Experience work in Japanese company or understanding of Japanese culture
3 - 5 years of experience in Accounts/Finance
Good knowledge of Thailand’s Finance and tax legislation and HR field
Proficient in Microsoft office software.
Good command of English(contact to Singapore office)
Good personality (Integrity, ambition, teamwork, interpersonal relationship, concern)
