<Job Responsibilities>
- Meeting and present the product to client in Bangkok and up Country (New 90%, Existing 10%)
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make sales
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails or visit.
- Searching new customer to meet the target
- Expanding customer base and market growth opportunities
- Prepare the proposal, quotation, contract and all paperwork
- Follow up the process from starting Project until completed
- Other duties assigned

- *Client's area will be Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Chonburi and Rayong.
- *This position has to use own car for sales activity, and have to visit client 3-4 times a week (depends on situation)

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 25-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of sales or marketing experience in construction industry
- *Office Furniture & Interior experience is advantage
- Conversational high level of English
- Pleasant personality, active, powerful, keen for achievement, service minded, good interpersonal, and negotiating skills
- Possess in results oriented and ability work under pressure
- Able to use own car for sales activity

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Knowledge of Interior Design and Interior construction
- Working experience in Japanese company
- Conversational level of Japanese

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ประชุมและนำเสนอสินค้าให้กับลูกค้าในกรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล (ใหม่ 90% ที่มีอยู่ 10%)
- รับฟังความต้องการของลูกค้าและนำเสนออย่างเหมาะสมเพื่อทำการขาย
- รักษาและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าปัจจุบันด้วยตนเองและทางโทรศัพท์และอีเมลหรือเข้าเยี่ยม
- หาลูกค้าใหม่ให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย
- ขยายฐานลูกค้าและโอกาสการเติบโตของตลาด
- จัดเตรียมข้อเสนอ ใบเสนอราคา สัญญาและเอกสารทั้งหมด
- ติดตามกระบวนการตั้งแต่เริ่มโครงการจนแล้วเสร็จ
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

- *พื้นที่ลูกค้าจะเป็นกรุงเทพฯ อยุธยา ชลบุรี และระยอง
- *ตำแหน่งนี้ต้องใช้รถส่วนตัวในกิจกรรมการขาย และต้องไปพบลูกค้า 3-4 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ (ขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์)

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายหรือการตลาดในอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้างอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- *มีประสบการณ์เฟอร์นิเจอร์สำนักงานและตกแต่งภายในจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาสูง
- บุคลิกดี คล่องแคล่ว ว่องไว กระตือรือร้น กระตือรือร้น มีใจบริการ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง
- มีผลงานที่มุ่งเน้นและความสามารถในการทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน
- สามารถใช้รถส่วนตัวทำกิจกรรมการขายได้

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการออกแบบภายในและการก่อสร้างภายใน
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
- ระดับการสนทนาภาษาญี่ปุ่น
