<Job Responsibilities>
- To provide strategy for company to be leading of business
- Branding strategy (Supermarket, Minimart brand image)
- Marketing strategy (Online and offline marketing)
- Contact with affiliate to support company project
- Handle application and IT system for the future planning
- Prepare and handle shareholder/BOD/management meeting document
- Handle and corporate with other division for settle all project
- To be support MD (to follow up MD request)
- To be company representor to contact with government, Thai Retailer, or any other company
- Create and check media (online, SNS, offline)
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 33-45 years old
- Master's degree
- 3 years up related to Marketing (Online, Offline), Brand Manager or related filed
- Technical Skills to talk with IT, E-Commerce vendor related to Online sales, planning, process and flow concerned
- Legal knowledge related to shareholder/BOD/management meeting
- Good command in English
- Logical thinking, communication skill, Coaching and training skill

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Good command of Japanese communication
- Direct experience in Retail business
- Early join candidate

English: Conversational level
Japanese: Conversational level

Workplace Area: BTS Kasetsart University, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:45(Mon-Fri (Sat: Non) *100% Office operation)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดทำกลยุทธ์ให้บริษัทเป็นผู้นำธุรกิจ
- กลยุทธ์การสร้างแบรนด์ (ซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต ภาพลักษณ์แบรนด์มินิมาร์ท)
- กลยุทธ์การตลาด (การตลาดออนไลน์และออฟไลน์)
- ติดต่อพันธมิตรเพื่อสนับสนุนโครงการของบริษัท
- จัดการแอพพลิเคชั่นและระบบไอทีเพื่อการวางแผนในอนาคต
- จัดทำและจัดการเอกสารการประชุมผู้ถือหุ้น/คณะกรรมการ/ผู้บริหาร
- จัดการและร่วมมือกับแผนกอื่นเพื่อชำระโครงการทั้งหมด
- เพื่อเป็นการสนับสนุน MD (เพื่อติดตามคำขอ MD)
- เป็นตัวแทนบริษัทเพื่อติดต่อกับทางราชการ ร้านค้าปลีกไทย หรือบริษัทอื่นใด
- สร้างและตรวจสอบสื่อ (ออนไลน์, SNS, ออฟไลน์)
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 33-45 ปี
- ปริญญาโท
- 3 ปีขึ้นไปที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตลาด (ออนไลน์, ออฟไลน์), Brand Manager หรือไฟล์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทักษะทางเทคนิคในการพูดคุยกับ IT, ผู้ขาย E-Commerce ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขายออนไลน์, การวางแผน, กระบวนการและโฟลว์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ความรู้ทางกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประชุมผู้ถือหุ้น/คณะกรรมการ/ผู้บริหาร
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- การคิดเชิงตรรกะ ทักษะการสื่อสาร การฝึกสอนและทักษะการฝึกอบรม
