<Job Responsibilities>
- Sales activities for e-commerce mall businesses such as Lazada / Shopee / JD Central
- Responsible for the sales in e-commerce channel.
- Plan and execute sales promotion activities with your customers and our marketing team to hit your sales target.
- Build and maintain a good relationship with your customers by contacting and visiting them regularly.
- Find and develop new customers in e-commerce channel.
- Negotiate with customers for sales conditions such as price and trade terms.
- Ensure the goods are smoothly delivered as scheduled and the payment is finished within the deadline.
- Analyse the actual sales situation on a daily basis and offer the improvement proposals to your customers.
- Make sales related documents such as Weekly Sales Report, Sales forecast and then report to superiors.
- For customers and internal process, prepare documents such as Quotation, Price Authorization, and so on.
- Be engaged in product sales on SNS platforms (TikTok mall, Facebook mall) (Main products: home appliances, masks, pet supplies, cooking utensils, consumables, etc.)
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 27-39 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3-5 years' experience as B to C sales in E-commerce filed such as Lazada or Shopee
- Conversational high level of English
- Good personality and good in relationship building
- Have strong will to perform challenging work
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Words, and Outlook.
- Not Job hopper
- Can work under pressure
- Can work multitask
- Personality: Flexibility, Challenging, active, self-motivated

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Experience selling products utilizing markets such as Lazada and Shopee
- Working experience in FMCG industry
- Working experience in Japanese company
- Experience of dealing with many kinds of products

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- กิจกรรมการขายสำหรับธุรกิจห้างสรรพสินค้าอีคอมเมิร์ซ เช่น Lazada / Shopee / JD Central
- รับผิดชอบการขายในช่องทางอีคอมเมิร์ซ
- วางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายกับลูกค้าและทีมการตลาดของบริษัทเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าของคุณโดยการติดต่อและเยี่ยมพบพวกเขาอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- ค้นหาและพัฒนาลูกค้าใหม่ในช่องอีคอมเมิร์ซ
- เจรจาต่อรองกับลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับเงื่อนไขการขาย เช่น ราคาและเงื่อนไขทางการค้า
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าสินค้าได้รับการจัดส่งอย่างราบรื่นตามกำหนดและการชำระเงินเสร็จสิ้นภายในกำหนดเวลา
- วิเคราะห์สถานการณ์การขายจริงในแต่ละวันและเสนอข้อเสนอการปรับปรุงให้กับลูกค้าของบริษัท
- ทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขาย เช่น รายงานการขายประจำสัปดาห์, พยากรณ์การขายแล้วรายงานต่อหัวหน้า
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารเช่น ใบเสนอราคา การอนุมัติราคา และอื่นๆ สำหรับลูกค้าและกระบวนการภายใน
- มีส่วนร่วมในการขายผลิตภัณฑ์บนแพลตฟอร์ม SNS (TikTok mall, Facebook mall) (ผลิตภัณฑ์หลัก: เครื่องใช้ในบ้าน, หน้ากาก, อุปกรณ์สำหรับสัตว์เลี้ยง, อุปกรณ์ทำอาหาร, วัสดุสิ้นเปลือง ฯลฯ )
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 27-39 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปีในการขาย B to C ใน E-commerce เช่น Lazada หรือ Shopee
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาสูง
- บุคลิกดี สร้างสัมพันธ์ดี
- มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงานที่ท้าทาย
- มีความสามารถในการใช้ Microsoft Office เช่น Excel, PowerPoint, Words และ Outlook
- ไม่ใช่ผู้ที่เปลี่ยนงานบ่อย
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
