Work Outline: Control all function of management and production in machine department 


Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and organizing all production activities 
Assessing project and resources requirements
Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
Determining quality control standards and overseeing production processes
Supervise staff in good discipline & cooperation to the targets / policies


Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male only, Age 43-49 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering 
Good knowledge of Engineering Management
Strong management skills, problem-solving. Decision making, high leadership, proactive and good analytical skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and computer skills
At least 7 – 10 years’ experience in Production Environment and 5 years in Management Level


Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in Japanese Company will be advantage
Good knowledge of CNC- EDM operation and maintenance will be advantage

Workplace Area: Navanakorn Industrial Estate, Pathumthani
Working Hour: 8.00 am – 5.00 pm (Mon – Fri, alternate Saturdays) 


About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000 THB ++ *Depends on working experience
