<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Responsible for overall of secretary tasks such as booking flight tickets, hotel ,taking the minute of meeting , receive incoming call
- Be able to Interpreter
<Job Responsibilities>
・Responsible for overall of secretary tasks such as booking flight tickets, hotel ,taking the minute of meeting , receive incoming call
・Translate the business communication from Japanese to Thai and Thai to Japanese and vice versa in order to support Japanese Management
・Prepare and issue the meeting invitation and schedule of Japanese President
・Coordinate and participate as steering committee of company's activities
・Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor Degree in any fields.
・At least 3 years experiences as JP secretary or Interpreter for Japanese manufacturing company.
・Business level in Japanese language (JLPT N1-N2)
・Be able to speak English (Advanced Conversational Middle)
