Work Outline: In charge of assisting the rental management services
Duties & Responsibilities:
Providing the after-sales service of rental condominium and serviced apartments for Japanese customers
Responsible for the companies that needed to be followed up by the introduction via real estate companies
Problem solving on spot/Negotiation with the owner
In charge of contacting customers via telephone/email/visit if necessary
In charge of not only the rental service but also after purchasing service in the future
Providing information by answering questions and requests
Maintaining continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities; determining continuing needs
Accomplishing department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Other tasks as assigned by Japanese MD
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male and Female, Age 25-39 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
3 – 5 years’ work experience (Assistant/Sales Coordinator/Sales/Customer Service)
Business level English and Japanese
Good command in MS Office Skills (Word, Excel)
Preferable skills
Work experience in real estate
Initiative/Positive/Challenging
Languages skills
English: Conversational - Business
Japanese: Business (N3 – N2)
Workplace Area: Airport Link Ramkham-haeng
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
