Work Outline: Responsible for all domestic sales support activities of Automotive parts, Machinery and materials, Steel, Aluminum, Resin, Parts and Machinery


Duties & Responsibility:


Response to customer purchase order in professional manner
Coordinate with customers to create effective delivery plan  
Control inventory level in order to fulfill customer order without fail
Coordinate with forwarding agent and ensure smooth and timely delivery
Issue necessary document for sales function including invoice, delivery order, etc. 
Support sales team for inventory and delivery issue
Calculate price and create quotation  
Visit customers or suppliers occasionally and maintain healthy relationship


Qualifications:
[Must]


Male/Female, age not over 30 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or any field
Good command in written and spoken English 
Have skill in Computer literacy particularly Microsoft Office
Willingness to learn and able work under pressure
Must have strong ability in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
New Graduates are also welcomed

Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
