(Work Outline)
Responsible for overall function of Sales Department including aftermarket.
 *Mainly in charge of Thai companies. Not only management, but do develop client by self as well.
(Detail) 
Manage the growth of our sales team and brand, especially for Thai companies.
Support to top management regarding corporate planning, discussion with engineering sector, Infiltrate the strategy to workforce
Ensures quality delivery of our products to customers and ensure customer satisfaction and upkeep a group of motivated workforce.
Prepare Management Reports and prepare the Strategies for quarter’s business plan and yearly business plan.
Keep up to date in market industrial trends, competitors and customer's strategies and to research and develop strategies and plan which identify marketing opportunities.
Controlling and managing all branch (Khon Kaen, Haad Yai, Chiangmai).


Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female ,Age 45-50
Bachelor's Degree in any field. 
At least 10 years of experience as a manager or higher management level responsible for sales.
Working experience in manufacturer or trading company related to industrial products. 
Strong motivation to develop new business.
Process strong leadership, good interpersonal skill and problem solving skills


Languages skills:
English: Advanced Conversational – Business Level


Workplace Area: BTS Surasak 
Working Hour:8:30 - 17:30 (Mon - Fri)  


About the Benefit
Salary: 90,000THB – 120,000THB
