Duties & Responsibility:
Responsible for all functions relating to Human Resources
Make a training program for each position, and analyze effect and continue to im-prove it (Main Responsibility).
Provide the training for new and existing employees.
Developing and revising employment program and benefit to be better
Have a responsibility to recruit employee in timeline, and contribute to maximize our man power effectively.
Make a hiring plan according to company business strategy for the future
Revise company rule to make more good organization
Provides assistance in labor negotiations and assists in analyzing the impact of nego-tiation proposals and contractual agreements.
Assists management in labor contract negotiations.
Makes recommendations for changes to existing policies to ensure compliance with new or proposed regulations.
Investigates and responds to disciplinary matters.
Developing effective relationships with the business to promote good employee rela-tions across the organization.
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Male or Female, Thai Nationality, Age 28-35 years old.
Bachelor Degree or higher in any related field
Good command of written and spoken in English (TOEIC score 750 as minimum)
At least 5 year experience which is related to HRD
Good computer literacy (MS office/ Word/PowerPoint)
Able to work under pressure & work hard
Have a high responsibility for work

Good personality and Interpersonal skills
Good command in Japanese is advantage
Able to working OT. (If needed)
