Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the organization’s current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically
These activities may include: copy services, office supplies, equipment, and inventory, administrative assistance, mail, distribution, and messenger services, records management, fleet management, cleaning, gardening, facilities management, company canteen, car pool and the employee van service
Coordinating with customers to create effective Import and delivery plan
Issuing necessary documents for sales function including invoice, delivery order, etc.
Liaising with functional managers to ensure that office administration policies, programs, and activities are appropriate for their current and future business needs
In charge of maintenance activities and upgrades to equipment, facilities, and systems to minimize disruptions to business activities and use the organization’s resources effectively
Planning for marketing and researching for the new client to expand the rubber market
Other tasks as per assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
MUST
Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 23 – 35
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any other related fields
Sales Admin experience in Japanese companies
PC skill
Able to go to Chachoengsao and visit the client in the other industrial areas
Holding driver’s license
Willing to expand the business and meet new clients
PREFER
Preferably female
Owned car
Self-running/Self-motivated/hardworking
Work experience in Japanese companies
Languages skills:
ENGLISH : Advanced Conversational Level
Workplace Area:Bts Saladaeng/ Mrt Silom
Working Hour:Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00
