-経営管理全般:企業経営
・経営課題の発掘
・債権回収
・取引先の信用度調査
・中長期的な経営戦略
・企業分析
・本社への報告業務
-牽制:社内コンプライス関連の管理全般
・現地社員および社員に対しての不正防止及び抑止
・現状調査及びマニュアル・ルール策定
・本社コンプライアンス部門との協業・報告業務
-コミュニケーション
・現地社員のマネジメント
・その他、本社およびグループ会社との定期的コミュニケーション

◎ The candidate will be in a position to entrust the corporate management and base management of group subsidiaries.
-General Business Management: Corporate Management
・Identification of management issues
・Debt collection
・Investigating the creditworthiness of business partners
・Medium- to long-term management strategy
・Corporate analysis
・Reporting to the head office
-Checking: General management related to internal compliance
・Prevention and deterrence of fraud against local employees and employees

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
企業経営経験や経理一般的知識をお持ちの方、
中国語:ビジネスレベル以上(ローカル社員とのコミュニケーション可能レベル)
・日本語:ビジネスレベル以上
・日系会社での勤務経験(商習慣を理解)
