<Job Responsibilities>
- Key account management
- Acquire new customers / new product selling, and upgrade the benefits from the existing customers to achieve sales targets
- Handling marketing plan and implement online marketing to increase sales
- Correspondence with the customers and insurers in case of the customers have any inquiries or request more information.
- Contact insurers for getting insurance proposals to support premium & condition comparison for renewal policy procedure
- Follow up insurance cards, invoice including collection premium payments and submit related documents to insurers.
- Meet regularly with the customers to update the coverages, claim ratio, after-sales services, new product selling and etc.
- Handle Hotline 24/7 for all queries
- Work with insurers to design exclusive packages to meet customer requirements
- Other responsibilities as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 37 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- 10 years' Experience in health insurance business/ Insurance Company/ Broker
- Good command in English and computer skills especially Excal and Power Point
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills, analytical skill, problem solving skill and negotiation skill.
- Have Driving License

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday (Sat-none) "WIO")

- การจัดการบัญชีที่สำคัญ
- หาลูกค้าใหม่ / ขายสินค้าใหม่ และยกระดับผลประโยชน์จากลูกค้าเดิมเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย
- จัดการแผนการตลาดและดำเนินการตลาดออนไลน์เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขาย
- การติดต่อกับลูกค้าและผู้เอาประกันกรณีลูกค้ามีข้อสงสัยหรือขอข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม
- ติดต่อบริษัทประกันเพื่อรับข้อเสนอแบบประกันเพื่อรองรับการเปรียบเทียบเบี้ยประกันภัยและเงื่อนไขในการต่ออายุกรมธรรม์
- ติดตามบัตรประกัน ใบแจ้งหนี้ รวมค่าเบี้ยประกัน และส่งเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องให้กับบริษัทประกัน
- พบปะกับลูกค้าเป็นประจำเพื่ออัปเดตความคุ้มครอง อัตราสินไหม บริการหลังการขาย การขายผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ และอื่นๆ
- จัดการสายด่วน 24/7 สำหรับทุกข้อสงสัย
- ทำงานร่วมกับบริษัทประกันเพื่อออกแบบแพ็คเกจพิเศษเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ความรับผิดชอบอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 37 - 45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 10 ปี ในธุรกิจประกันสุขภาพ/บริษัทประกันภัย/นายหน้า
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษและคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะ Excel และ Power Point
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรและวาจา ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ ทักษะการแก้ปัญหา และทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง
- มีใบขับขี่
