Duties & Responsibility:
Being responsible for all functions of Human Resources; Recruitment and selection, Compensation and benefits, Performance management, Training and developmentParticipate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities.Maintaining and controlling Performance Evaluation, Benefits and Welfare for all employees.Setting up policies and planning for Human Resource functions and Administration functions.Controlling payroll (HRIS) & the provident fund to ensure employees are remunerated in accordance with the company’s policy.Managing all company compensation (welfare & benefit) activities.Preparing various human resources related reports and ensuring staff records are maintained in accordance with company policy.
Motivate, develop, supervise and coach subordinates on tasks; share/advise on problem-solving solutions; monitor/evaluate performance in order to ensure a high-performance team-oriented, dedicated workforce, and meet organizational capabilities.
Desired skills & experiences:

Male only, Thai Nationality, age 35 - 45 years oldBachelor or Master Degree or higher in Law, Human Resources Management, Political Science, Business Administration or other related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
Good working knowledge of Thai Labor Law, payroll, compensation & benefits and recruitment.Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with people of all levels.Good command of spoken and written EnglishComputer literacy e.g. MS Word, Excel, Power Point and etc.
