Duties & Responsibilities:


Responsible for customer service as a Tour Coordinator taking care of Japanese Inbound CustomersIn charge of optional tours, services and coordinate with clientsIdentify and resolve complaints, needs, issues from the customersCooperate with hotels and staff who are part of the tourFollow up the tour and feedback from Japanese customers who are traveling in Thailand from the tour starts until the endPrepare a variety of status reportsOther tasks assigned by Manager

MUST


Male ONLY, Thai Nationality, Age below 30Bachelor’s degree in any related fieldsPC Skill (MS Office)Japanese speakersWork experience in Travel Agency

PREFERRED SKILLS:


Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAble to work well under pressureExperience in Tourism Industry

Working Hour:        9:00 -18:00 (Mon – Fri) (Sat &Sun - Based on shifts)


 


About the Benefit


Salary:  30,000-35,000 THB/Month
