<Job Responsibilities>
*Take care of Domestic Sales: Chiangmai and other province in northern area (Have both day & business trip)
*Use office car only for work (50-50% at office & outside)
*Deal with Local retail customers (Big & Small), Farmer (New 30% Existing 70%)
*Team management (3 Subordinates)

- Build and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Build business by explore and analyse trends, characteristics of new products that the market needs, identify business opportunities by researching and analyse sales options.
- Write the daily report to line manager via Email
- Summarize the monthly report using Excel and Power Point
- Assist Line manager and supervision of sales team and contributes to team effort.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Preparing English reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information.
- Being an advisor for clients in Planting, Plant disease, insect and other related issue.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5-6 years of Agriculture Sales experience with subordinates.
- Background of Sales for B2C Channel
- Good command of English (internal communicate, email, English reports)
- MS office such as Excel, PowerPoint
- Holding Driving License (Have to use Company's car for work)
*own car for commuting to office as daily work.
- Demonstrated and proven sales result.
- Direct sales experience of Chilli, Tomato, Cabbage seeds

Workplace Area: Doi Lo, Chiang Mai
Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(Monday - Friday (Work in office 100%))

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
*ดูแลงานขายในประเทศ เชียงใหม่ และจังหวัดอื่นๆ ในภาคเหนือ (มีทั้งแบบไปเช้า-เย็นกลับ)
*ใช้รถยนต์สำนักงานในการทำงานเท่านั้น (50-50% ในสำนักงานและนอกสถานที่)
* จัดการกับลูกค้ารายย่อยในท้องถิ่น (รายใหญ่ & รายเล็ก) เกษตรกร (รายใหม่ 30%, รายเดิม 70%)
* การจัดการทีม (ลูกน้อง 3 คน)

- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า
- สร้างธุรกิจโดยการสำรวจและวิเคราะห์แนวโน้ม คุณลักษณะของผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ที่ตลาดต้องการ ระบุโอกาสทางธุรกิจโดยการวิจัยและวิเคราะห์ทางเลือกในการขาย
- เขียนรายงานประจำวันให้ผู้จัดการสายงานทางอีเมล
- สรุปรายงานประจำเดือนโดยใช้ Excel และ Power Point
- ช่วยผู้จัดการ report line และดูแลทีมขายและสนับสนุนความพยายามของทีม
- รักษาคุณภาพบริการโดยกำหนดและบังคับใช้มาตรฐานองค์กร
- จัดทำรายงานภาษาอังกฤษโดยรวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และสรุปข้อมูล
- เป็นที่ปรึกษาให้กับลูกค้าด้านการปลูก, โรคพืช, แมลง, และอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 35 - 50 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายด้านการเกษตรอย่างน้อย 5-6 ปี ร่วมกับลูกน้อง
- ประสบการณ์ในการขายสำหรับช่องทาง B2C
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สื่อสารภายใน, อีเมล, รายงานภาษาอังกฤษ)
- MS office เช่น Excel, PowerPoint
- มีใบขับขี่ (ต้องใช้รถยนต์ของบริษัทในการทำงาน)
*มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวสำหรับเดินทางไปทำงานทุกวัน
- ยอดขายที่สามารถพิสูจน์ได้
- ประสบการณ์ขายเมล็ดพริก เมล็ดมะเขือเทศ เมล็ดกะหล่ำปลีโดยตรง
