<Job Responsibilities>
- Maintain customer base in the excavator market
- Establish a strategic plan to expand the excavator base in Thailand
-To develop and then deliver sales and development plans.
- To work with the dealers to ensure that all relevant staff are fully trained in the product line and are aware of all competitor product information, in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- To be responsible for shows and exhibitions within the territory.
- To work with the dealers to plan demonstrations, shows, exhibitions, and dealer days.
- To participate and present in various meetings/initiatives.
- To implement innovative marketing and sales planning initiatives.
- To develop and implement strategies to motivate dealers/distributors.
Manage regional budgets.
- To provide product advice and guidance to customers and dealers.
- As part of diary management communicate weekly reports in a timely manner.
- Manage and control dealer accounts to ensure appropriate trade and credit risk.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience at least 3 -5 years in Construction Machinery / Excavator Products
- Experience of working within a dealer/distributor business model.
- Knowledge of the excavator market in Thailand and a customer base that supports the product
- Have own car to use for business purpose
- Able to go abroad / upcountry

- รักษาฐานลูกค้าในตลาดรถขุด
- จัดทำแผนยุทธศาสตร์การขยายฐานรถขุดในประเทศไทย
-เพื่อพัฒนาและส่งมอบแผนการขายและการพัฒนา
- ทำงานร่วมกับตัวแทนจำหน่ายเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าพนักงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดได้รับการฝึกอบรมอย่างเต็มที่ในสายผลิตภัณฑ์ และรับทราบข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ของคู่แข่งทั้งหมด เพื่อมอบประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมแก่ลูกค้า
- รับผิดชอบงานแสดงและนิทรรศการภายในอาณาเขต
- ทำงานร่วมกับตัวแทนจำหน่ายในการวางแผนการสาธิต การแสดง นิทรรศการ และวัน Dealers
- เข้าร่วมและนำเสนอในการประชุม/ความคิดริเริ่มต่างๆ
- ใช้ความคิดริเริ่มด้านการตลาดและการขายที่เป็นนวัตกรรมใหม่
- เพื่อพัฒนาและใช้กลยุทธ์เพื่อจูงใจตัวแทนจำหน่าย/ผู้จัดจำหน่าย
จัดการงบประมาณระดับภูมิภาค
- ให้คำแนะนำและคำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์แก่ลูกค้าและตัวแทนจำหน่าย
- เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการจัดการไดอารี่ สื่อสารรายงานรายสัปดาห์ในเวลาที่เหมาะสม
- จัดการและควบคุมบัญชีตัวแทนจำหน่ายเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีความเสี่ยงทางการค้าและเครดิตที่เหมาะสม

- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 28 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 -5 ปี ด้านเครื่องจักรก่อสร้าง / ผลิตภัณฑ์รถขุด
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในรูปแบบธุรกิจตัวแทนจำหน่าย/ผู้จัดจำหน่าย
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับตลาดรถขุดในประเทศไทยและฐานลูกค้าที่สนับสนุนผลิตภัณฑ์
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวเพื่อใช้ในการทำธุรกิจ
- สามารถไปต่างประเทศ/ต่างจังหวัดได้
