<Job Responsibilities>
1.Purchasing (Import)
- Manage overall process of importing parts
- Communicate with clients/suppliers in Japan/China/Malaysia about orders, schedules and prices
- Prepare documents related to custom clearance, tax or logistics
- Report to Manager occasionally

2.Interpreter (Technical issues)
- Interpret the internal meeting
*The topic will be production or quality assurance
- Translate the documents in JP/EN/TH
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・At least 3 years experience in import/export tasks in trading or manufacturing company
・Conversational high level of Japanese (N2 up)
・Conversational high level of English
・Person who is willing to learn technical words

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
・Experience as interpreter
・Experience in Japanese Company

Workplace Area: Lat Lum Kaeo, Pathum Thani
Working Hour: 8:00-17:10(Mon-Fri, Sat: Jan-June : every other Saturday)

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
1.จัดซื้อ (นำเข้า)
- จัดการกระบวนการโดยรวมของการนำเข้าชิ้นส่วน
- สื่อสารกับลูกค้า/ซัพพลายเออร์ในญี่ปุ่น/จีน/มาเลเซียเกี่ยวกับคำสั่งซื้อ กำหนดการ และราคา
- จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพิธีการศุลกากร ภาษี หรือโลจิสติกส์
- รายงานต่อผู้จัดการเป็นครั้งคราว

2.งานล่าม (ปัญหาทางเทคนิค)
- ล่ามการประชุมภายใน
*หัวข้อจะเป็นการผลิตหรือการประกันคุณภาพ
- แปลเอกสารเป็น ภาษาญี่ปุ่น/อังกฤษ/ไทย
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 25 - 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
・มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในงานนำเข้า/ส่งออกในบริษัทการค้าหรือบริษัทผู้ผลิต
・ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสนทนาสูง (N2 ขึ้นไป)
・ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาสูง
・ผู้ที่ยินดีเรียนรู้คำศัพท์ทางเทคนิค
