Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectivesThai real estate market research and real estate business developmentCoordinate marketing campaigns with sales activitiesAnalyze potential strategic partner relationships for the companyConduct marketing plan for existing and new clients (real estate)New business development with new clients in the futureDevelop and implement Marketing and Sales strategies of the companyAssist the Japanese MD with Sales and Marketing activities (Thai Law and regulations knowledge is required)Other tasks as per assigned
Qualification:

MUST
Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 28 - 45Bachelor's degree in any related fieldsGood command of Japanese (JLPT N2 –N1)WORK experience at least 3 yearsPC skill
PREFER
Work experience in real estate industry/marketing/developerSelf-motivated/energetic/hardworking/willing to work in a new set up companyKnowledge of Thai Law (real estate industry)Work experience in Japan/Japanese companies

About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000-80,000 THB/ Month
