<Job Responsibilities>
- Management of office operation under GM
- Management of Work Permit and Visa for GM (Not using outsource, need to manage by their own (Chaeng Wattana) – Traveling by the company’s car with driver support or Taxi (reimbursed)
- Contact with engineers for any issues
- Contact with customers and suppliers for any issues
- Issue purchase order and request GM for approval
- Prepare documents of petty cash and report to the accountant
- Review and calculate salary, OT, allowance, and etc. and request the accountant to check
- Assist any accounting tasks (this company doesn't use Accounting firm)
- Miscellaneous duties

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 22 - 25 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・Fresh graduate or experienced related to HR/ Admin/ Accounting/ GA etc. less than 3 years
・Good English command (report with JP GM, coordination tasks)
・MS Office and computer literacy
・Immediately join or not later than 2 weeks notice

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
・Graduated from Accounting field
・Good MS Excel ability

Workplace Area: BTS Mo Chit/MRT Chatuchak
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri (Sat: None), 100% Office Working operation)

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- การจัดการการดำเนินงานสำนักงานภายใต้ GM
- การจัดการ Work Permit และ Visa สำหรับ GM (ไม่ใช้ Outsource ต้องจัดการเอง (แจ้งวัฒนะ) – เดินทางโดยรถยนต์ของบริษัทพร้อมคนขับ หรือ Taxi (เบิกได้)
- ติดต่อกับวิศวกรสำหรับปัญหาใด ๆ
- ติดต่อกับลูกค้าและซัพพลายเออร์สำหรับปัญหาใด ๆ
- ออกใบสั่งซื้อและขออนุมัติจาก GM
- จัดทำเอกสารเงินสดย่อยและรายงานต่อนักบัญชี
- ทบทวนและคำนวณเงินเดือน โอที เบี้ยเลี้ยง และอื่นๆ และขอให้ฝ่ายบัญชีตรวจสอบ
- ช่วยงานด้านบัญชีต่างๆ (บริษัทนี้ไม่ใช้สำนักงานบัญชี)
- หน้าที่เบ็ดเตล็ด


<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 22 - 25 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
・นักศึกษาจบใหม่หรือมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ HR/ Admin/ Accounting/ GA เป็นต้น น้อยกว่า 3 ปี
・สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (รายงานกับ JP GM, งานประสานงาน)
・MS Office และความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์
・เข้าร่วมทันทีหรือแจ้งล่วงหน้าไม่เกิน 2 สัปดาห์

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
・จบสาขาการบัญชี
・สามารถใช้ MS Excel ได้ดี
