<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Responsible for the employment contract drafting to be complied with Labor law of Thailand.
<Job Responsibilities>
・Draft and review business contract, Power of attorney and all kind of legal documents relating to the company business.
・Act as liaison between the government sector about the company business, proceed request for the licenses, including negotiating for conclusion and implementation.
・Following the order and regulation and new law relating to the company business.
・Proceed the company registrations, liaison with the department of business development, the ministry commerce of Thailand.
・Litigate civil, criminal, administrative, labor case and related case in the jurisdiction court until the lawsuit is over.
・Defend civil, criminal, administrative, labor case and relating case with the jurisdiction of the court until the lawsuit is over.
・Execute case with the company’s debtor.
・Complain and accuse or testify to the inquiry official and proceed the case until the lawsuit is over.
・Supervise and monitoring legal team members to ensure the legal compliances and ensure that accurate opinions and legal advice have been given at all levels.
・Give an advice and plan for the working system to subordinates in the department.
・Undertake any other duties as assigned from General manager.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor of Laws from Thailand’s accredited law school
・At least 3 years’ experience in drafting, reviewing various types of contracts/agreements such as shareholder agreement, purchase agreement, distribution agreement, Joint venture agreement, rental agreement etc.
・Advance conversation middle - high in English
・Strong analytical, interpersonal and communicative skills
・Hard working, well-organized and attention to detail.
・Self-direction and striving for success.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Lawyer license, preferable
