<Job Responsibilities>
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps.
- Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Get consensus for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Develop business plan, product pricing and positioning strategies.
- Manage cost and profitability based on business plan working with related members
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements.
- Scope and prioritize improvement activities based on business and customer impact.
- Communicate with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
- Communicate with sales team and ask about the selling situation
- Drive product launches including working with marketing team and management team.
- Evaluate promotional plans of marketing team to ensure that they are consistent with the strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
- Other duties reasonably associated with this position

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Any Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience in product management or product owner in IT industry
- At least 3 years experience in management
- Conversational high level of English (Communicating with Japanese)
- Knowledge to understand figures in profitability (P&L, Cash Flow)
- Person who has strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
- Person who can work effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience in Japanese company

- จัดการต้นทุนและความสามารถในการทำกำไรตามแผนธุรกิจที่ทำงานร่วมกับสมาชิกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- แปลกลยุทธ์ผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นข้อกำหนดโดยละเอียด
- กำหนดขอบเขตและจัดลำดับความสำคัญของกิจกรรมการปรับปรุงตามผลกระทบทางธุรกิจและลูกค้า
- สื่อสารกับทีมวิศวกรเพื่อส่งมอบด้วยเวลาที่รวดเร็วสู่ตลาดและทรัพยากรที่เหมาะสมที่สุด
- สื่อสารกับทีมขายและถามเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์การขาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 35 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 10 ปีในการจัดการผลิตภัณฑ์หรือเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์ในอุตสาหกรรมไอที
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการจัดการ
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับการสนทนาสูง (สื่อสารกับภาษาญี่ปุ่น)
- ความรู้เพื่อทำความเข้าใจตัวเลขในการทำกำไร (P&L, Cash Flow)
- บุคคลที่มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาที่แข็งแกร่งและเต็มใจที่จะเตรียมตัวทำงานหนักเพื่อให้ได้งาน
-บุคคลที่สามารถทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพกับทีมงานข้ามสายงานในองค์กรแบบเมทริกซ์
