<Job Responsibilities>
* Review around 400 contract/year
- Responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring about the issuing agreement process, drafting the agreements or notices including any legal and agreement discussion.
- Check and comment any amendment issue of the agreement and advise about legal amendment issues to internal department and external organization
- Give the comment about the company and affiliate’s lawsuit. In case that the company is sued and file lawsuit against the others, Legal Manager will be the company’s agent which empowered by the company following the right of law and agreement.
- Be the representative to describe or be the witness to the government sector in case of having any summons or complaining related to company and/or be the lawyer as assigned.
- Coordinate with the legal consultant and facility to lawyer for the cases
- Control the preparation of various registration documents such as company’s registration documents, Company Director in and out and to make reports of meetings.
-Implementation of key legal processes that relate to legal drafting, negotiation, and commercial settlement agreements.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 38 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree of Law, Business Law, International Law, or related field.
- 8 years of experiences in the legal field (Mainly review contract), preferably in logistics business.
- Must have Lawyer license
- Strong experience in Litigation, Contract Drafting & Reviewing.
- Sound knowledge of the business/ legal contracts.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Finished Degree from International Law School will be advantage.

* ทบทวนประมาณ 400 สัญญา/ปี
- รับผิดชอบในการวางแผน ควบคุม และติดตามกระบวนการออกข้อตกลง การร่างข้อตกลงหรือประกาศ รวมถึงข้อหารือทางกฎหมายและข้อตกลง
- ตรวจสอบและแสดงความคิดเห็นในประเด็นการแก้ไขข้อตกลงและให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับประเด็นการแก้ไขกฎหมายแก่หน่วยงานภายในและองค์กรภายนอก
- ให้ความเห็นเกี่ยวกับคดีความของบริษัทและบริษัทในเครือ ในกรณีที่บริษัทถูกฟ้องและยื่นฟ้องบุคคลอื่น ผู้จัดการฝ่ายกฎหมายจะเป็นตัวแทนของบริษัทซึ่งได้รับมอบอำนาจจากบริษัทตามสิทธิของกฎหมายและข้อตกลง
- เป็นตัวแทนบรรยายหรือเป็นพยานให้กับภาครัฐกรณีมีหมายเรียกหรือร้องทุกข์เกี่ยวกับบริษัท และ/หรือ เป็นทนายความตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ประสานงานกับที่ปรึกษากฎหมายและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ทนายความในคดี
- ควบคุมการจัดทำเอกสารการจดทะเบียนต่างๆ เช่น เอกสารการจดทะเบียนบริษัท กรรมการบริษัท เข้าออก และจัดทำรายงานการประชุม
-การดำเนินการตามกระบวนการทางกฎหมายที่สำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการร่างกฎหมาย การเจรจาต่อรอง และข้อตกลงการระงับข้อพิพาททางการค้า

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 38 - 45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี นิติศาสตร์ กฎหมายธุรกิจ กฎหมายระหว่างประเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 8 ปี ด้านกฎหมาย (พิจารณาสัญญาเป็นหลัก) โดยพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษในธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์
- ต้องมีใบอนุญาตทนายความ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านคดีความ การร่างสัญญา และการตรวจทานสัญญา
- ความรู้ที่ถูกต้องของธุรกิจ / สัญญาทางกฎหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- จบการศึกษาจาก International Law School จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
