<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Manage and control Sales and marketing department
- Coordinate with Japanese clients and internal Japanese person
<Job Responsibilities>
- Be responsible sales target in monthly yearly
- Main responsible is existing clients (90%) , new clients activity10%
- Coordinate with internal department such as production, QAQC department as according clients requests
- Coordinate with clients about delivery schedules
- Manage and training sales members around 5persons
- Report to Japanese manager (2-3 Japanese)
- Other task will be assigned by manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 7years experience as corporate sales in manufacturing company
- Conversation high level of Japanese
- Have experience management around 5-10people
- Not job hopper
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have knowledge and experience related to plastic products
- Work in Japanese company
- Business level of Japanese
