<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the organization's goals, target audience, and brand positioning.
- Lead and manage a team of content creators, designers, and other professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure high-quality content production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, design, product, and clients, to align content initiatives with broader organizational objectives and ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and understand target audiences, their preferences, and behaviors, and tailor content accordingly.
- Branding and Voice: Developing and maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone across all content channels. Establishing style guidelines and ensuring that the content reflects the organization's values and messaging.
- Oversee the creation and production of various content types, such as articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, social media content, and more, ensuring they meet quality standards and deliver on strategic objectives.
- Use data and analytics to track and analyze the performance of content campaigns, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategies.
- Manage relationships with external content partners, agencies, and vendors, overseeing the production and delivery of outsourced content as needed.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, content trends, and industry advancements to continually improve content design practices and drive innovation within the organization.
- Monitor and manage social media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 42 years old
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience at least 8 years in content strategy, content creation, social media management from digital agency or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful content campaigns across multiple platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of content design principles, user experience, and digital marketing best practices.
- At least 5 years of leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive content decisions and measure success.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in managing and engaging with online communities and responding to user feedback.
- Familiarity with legal and ethical considerations related to social media content, including copyright, privacy, and disclosure guidelines
