Work details
- Answer company telephone, Guest reception.
- Manage and control job GA all function (maid, driver,transportation support, Hotel etc.)
- Monthly report about payment Voucher, Petty Cash, Expenses Plan.
- Make payment voucher.
- Coordinate for visa and work permit application/renewal for Expats / Report.
- Support for interpretation and translate documents.
- Handle Payroll(Consideration / adjustment of Salary / welfare), Time Attendance and Over Time, Collect all documents of invoices, receipts, tax / social security payments / monthly submission to external accountant.
- Arrange domestic business trip include providing information by responding inquiries from Employees.
- Support for interpretation and translation. (Japanese to Thai, English to Japanese)
- Responsible for all assignment from Manager.
- Consideration / adjustment of introduction of evaluation management system.
- At least 1 year experience as GA (JP Speaking) or JP interpreter that supports admin in any manufacturing industry or trading company
- Must have working experience VISA, work permit in Japanese company
- Conversational level of Japanese (JLPT N2 up)
- Conversational low level of English (Able to do report, sending email, communicate with concerned department.)
- At least 3years working experience as GA in manufacturing company is preferable
- Business level of Japanese is preferable
