New Model Engineer

Job Responsibilities
* This position have to support Sale Engineer tasks.
* Have to communicate with client to get their requirement.

1. Summary requirement for New Model and distribution to concern section
2. PPAP , Control Plan , WI for Production
3. Master Plan , Tooling Progressive Status , Part Improvement plan
4. Design and discussion of Standard Packing with customer
5. Design Process Layout Chart
6. Capacity survey , Bill Of Material , HVPT , Trial New Model
7. Training document to Production Team
8. Problem analysis with QA , Support Quality Assurance function
9. Customer Asset controlling (Die , Customer Document registering)
10. Documentation controlling and maintain system ISO/TS 16949
11. Center person response of requirement for ISO/TS16949 system
12. KPI , Management Review about new model
13. Team Leader of Customer Audit , CB Audit and report to Manager
14. Kaizen Activity, QCC , Company Activity
15. ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 system and activity

ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่

9. การควบคุมทรัพย์สินของลูกค้า (Die, การลงทะเบียนเอกสารลูกค้า)
10. จัดทำเอกสารควบคุมและบำรุงรักษาระบบ ISO/TS 16949
11. การตอบสนองของบุคคลศูนย์กลางสำหรับข้อกำหนดสำหรับระบบ ISO/TS16949
12. KPI , Management Review เกี่ยวกับโมเดลใหม่
13. หัวหน้าทีม Customer Audit , CB Audit และรายงานตรงต่อผู้จัดการ
14. กิจกรรมไคเซ็น QCC กิจกรรมบริษัท
15. ระบบและกิจกรรม ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001

Necessary Skill / Experience
・Any gender, Age between 25 - 35 years old
・Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field
・Have experiences at least 2 years as New model Engineer or related in any Manufacturing industry
・Willing to support Sale Engineer task
・Able to use Auto CAD program
・Have experience of preparing document APQP , PPAP , MSA , FMEA , SPC
・Understanding in ISO/IATF16949 document system
・Conversational low level of English (Able to read and write)

Workplace Area: WHA Eastern Seaboard IE
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Saturday working,1 time per month)

・มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรรุ่นใหม่หรือที่เกี่ยวข้องในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใดๆ
・ยินดีสนับสนุนงาน Sales Engineer
・สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Auto CAD ได้
・มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำเอกสาร APQP , PPAP , MSA , FMEA , SPC
・ความเข้าใจในระบบเอกสาร ISO/IATF16949
・สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับต่ำได้ (สามารถอ่านและเขียนได้)
