<Job Responsibilities>

- As the person in charge of Financial Reporting and Accounting, you will be responsible for full range of financial tasks, including AP/AR/GL/Intercompany transactions.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and handle audit issues that may arise, as well as liaise with tax and regulatory agents on related matters.
- For management reporting and analysis, you will prepare monthly financial reports, half yearly budgets, as well as other management and analysis reports as required.
- Monitor cash flow, prepare cashflow reporting, and provide regular updates on cash and bank balances.
- Handle and negotiate all banking related matters.
- Ensure compliance with Company’s internal accounting policies, and adhere to timely reports submission schedule to HQ.
- Manage a small team of accounting staffs.
- Other tasks as assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- ในฐานะบุคคลที่รับผิดชอบด้านการรายงานทางการเงินและการบัญชี จะต้องรับผิดชอบงานทางการเงินทั้งหมด รวมถึงธุรกรรม AP/AR/GL/ระหว่างบริษัท
- ดูแลให้มีการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการรายงานทางการเงินและจัดการปัญหาการตรวจสอบที่อาจเกิดขึ้นตลอดจนติดต่อประสานงานกับตัวแทนด้านภาษีและหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สำหรับการรายงานและการวิเคราะห์ด้านการจัดการ คุณจะต้องจัดทำรายงานทางการเงินรายเดือน งบประมาณรายครึ่งปี รวมถึงรายงานการจัดการและการวิเคราะห์อื่นๆ ตามความจำเป็น
- ตรวจสอบกระแสเงินสด จัดทำรายงานกระแสเงินสด และให้ข้อมูลอัปเดตเกี่ยวกับเงินสดและยอดคงเหลือในธนาคารเป็นประจำ
- จัดการและเจรจาเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธนาคารทั้งหมด
- ดูแลให้มีการปฏิบัติตามนโยบายการบัญชีภายในของบริษัท และปฏิบัติตามกำหนดการส่งรายงานไปยัง HQ อย่างทันท่วงที
- บริหารจัดการทีมงานบัญชีขนาดเล็ก
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 32 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree- Bachelor Degree in Accounting field
- At least 5 years experience in both Accounting and Financial field
- English communication skills with foreigner (speak and write)
- CPD holder with Accounting Closing experience
- Strong leadership and able to supervise, control higher of age subordinates
- MS Excel

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Trading field
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Short Notice, Immediately join candidate
