Product Quality Development Engineering Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with New Products Developments groups to develop part quality for new products.
Collaborate with New Products Developments to improve the quality of new parts.
- To lead in new product quality development project, ensure product quality meet customer expectations and milestone.
To be a leader in planning, monitoring, and controlling the quality development of new workpieces to ensure that the quality of the workpieces meets the goals of customers.
- Set quality assurance standards for new product.
Standardize, method, guarantee quality for new products
- Manage team quality engineer to achieve target and goal.

ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- ประสานงานกับกลุ่มพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชิ้นส่วนสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
ร่วมมือกับการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่เพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพของชิ้นส่วนใหม่
- เพื่อเป็นผู้นำในโครงการพัฒนาคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ตรงตามความคาดหวังและเหตุการณ์สำคัญของลูกค้า
เป็นผู้นำในการวางแผน ติดตาม และควบคุมการพัฒนาคุณภาพของชิ้นงานใหม่เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าคุณภาพของชิ้นงานเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของลูกค้า
- กำหนดมาตรฐานการประกันคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
สร้างมาตรฐาน วิธีการ รับประกันคุณภาพสินค้าใหม่
- บริหารจัดการทีมวิศวกรคุณภาพให้บรรลุเป้าหมายและเป้าหมาย



Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-47 years
• Male
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering preferred) or equivalent through experience.
• At least 7 years working in part quality develop in automotive manufacture.
• At least 3 years management experience as Assistant - Manager level have subordinate under control.
• Has knowledge of PPAP, and in applying quality tools such as SPC, 8D, Root-cause analysis, etc.
• Advance conversation English in low-middle level.
• Professional approach to work with internal & external team members with different responsibilities.
• Deep analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills

Workplace Area: Rojana Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Saturday Working: 1-2 times per month, depends on company calendar)

• มีประสบการณ์การบริหารอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในระดับผู้ช่วย - ผู้จัดการ มีหน้าที่เป็นผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาภายใต้การควบคุม
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ PPAP และในการใช้เครื่องมือที่มีคุณภาพ เช่น SPC, 8D, การวิเคราะห์สาเหตุ ฯลฯ
• สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษขั้นสูงในระดับต่ำถึงกลาง
• แนวทางแบบมืออาชีพในการทำงานกับสมาชิกในทีมภายในและภายนอกที่มีความรับผิดชอบแตกต่างกัน
• ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาเชิงลึก
• ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำและการจัดองค์กรที่ดีเยี่ยม
