<Job Responsibilities>
- Evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Ensuring that all accounting processes align with IFRS and current financial legislation.
- Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors or lenders.
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
- Assisting the Administrative Director with putting together Master Plan and Mid Term Plan.
- Assisting other departments as they develop strategies, Master Plan and Mid Term Plan, establish objectives, and make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.
- Keeping informed about the latest developments in the finance industry
- Other tasks as assigned by manager

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ประเมิน พัฒนา และปรับปรุงการควบคุม ระบบ และขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานของแผนกที่เพิ่มความแม่นยำและประสิทธิภาพ
- ดูแลกิจกรรมประจำวันของแผนกบัญชีและรับรองว่าโครงการสำคัญ ๆ รายงานสิ้นปีและสิ้นเดือนและสิ้นปีทั้งหมดถูกต้องแม่นยำและตรงเวลา
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ากระบวนการทางบัญชีทั้งหมดสอดคล้องกับ IFRS และกฎหมายทางการเงินในปัจจุบัน
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงินและสร้างรายงานสำหรับฝ่ายบริหาร ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย และบุคคลภายนอก เช่น ผู้ขายหรือผู้ให้กู้
- การดูแลรักษาบันทึกทางการเงินที่ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน และการมีส่วนร่วมในการตรวจสอบหรือการกระทบยอดตามความจำเป็น
- ช่วยเหลือผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายบริหารในการจัดทำแผนแม่บทและแผนระยะกลาง
- ช่วยเหลือแผนกอื่นๆ ในการพัฒนากลยุทธ์ แผนแม่บท และแผนระยะกลาง กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ และตัดสินใจที่อาจมีผลกระทบทางการเงินต่อธุรกิจ
- ติดตามข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาล่าสุดในอุตสาหกรรมการเงิน
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Experience in Accounting manager more than 10 years from service industry or leasing industry
- More than 5 years experience as manager
- CPD qualification is required.
- Conversational High level English (communicate with Internally, oversea branch)
- Able to close monthly and yearly closing
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- High level of efficiency and accuracy.
- Willingness to comply with all local, state, federal, and company regulations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
Experience in this following fields preferred:
- Double Tax (Pnd.54)
- Set up new company (set up accounting regulation)
- Report package to parent company
- Implement new system (ERP in Accounting)
- Tax control (submit PND 50/51)

- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีมากกว่า 10 ปีจากอุตสาหกรรมบริการหรืออุตสาหกรรมลิสซิ่ง
- ประสบการณ์มากกว่า 5 ปีในฐานะผู้จัดการ
- ต้องมี CPD
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาสูง (ติดต่อภายใน, สาขาต่างประเทศ)
- สามารถปิดการปิดบัญชีรายเดือนและรายปีได้
- มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำและการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม
- ประสิทธิภาพและความแม่นยำระดับสูง
- ความเต็มใจที่จะปฏิบัติตามข้อบังคับของท้องถิ่น รัฐ รัฐบาลกลาง และบริษัททั้งหมด
