Japanese native speaker for the Content Moderator Position - Bangna - Salary MAX 70K

Position: Content Moderator (Japanese Sepaking - Native level)
Project: Top 10 Global Company – Search Engine Platform (Content Posting)
Location: Udomsuk


Responsibilities:
As a Content Moderator for our top global search engine platform, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, compliance, and quality of content posted on our platform. Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and addressing objectionable or disturbing content, including but not limited to:
- Images of violence
- Animal cruelty
- Hate speeches
- Violent extremism
- Sexual content
- Racism
- Discrimination
- Content endangering children
- Non-compliant content per platform policies
- Ensuring legal compliance and content safety on our platform
- Developing, improving, and maintaining content security standards for online communities
- Coordinating with relevant parties to efficiently manage content that violates platform policies
- Reviewing user posts to ensure they adhere to platform guidelines
- Removing offensive posts, offensive language, and spam comments


Types of Content Moderated:
- Content Moderators will review various types of content posted across social media platforms, including but not limited to Posts, Comments, Videos, Images, Text, Stories, Forum posts ,Product or service reviews, Shared or linked articles in social media posts, Blog comments, etc.


Qualifications:
- Experience in content moderation preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both:
- Proficiency of Japanese Language as Netive level
- English (proficient in speaking, writing, and reading)
- Willingness to work in 24/7 shift rotation (5 days per week with 2 days off)


Salary and Benefits:
- Maximum Salary: 70,000 THB
- Living Allowance: 6,000 THB
- KPI Incentive: Up to 1,000 THB
- Diligent Allowance: 750 THB

Expected Start Date: 1st week of October
