Japanese Interpreter (Support HR/GA)

Job Responsibilities
TRANSLATION
- Coordinated between Japanese Management and Thai Staffs.
- Japanese and Thai and English interpretation in the Meeting and production line.
- Translate document concerning to the company's manufacturing, production reports, meeting, provided interpretation including all routine support to Production line.
- General document translation such as contract, Government Announcement and Regulations including General Meeting that require interpretation.
- Summary concerned reports and meeting minute.
EXPAT COORDINATOR
- Support visa and work permit application and renewal.
- Prepare and Control 90 days notification.
- Update expat. Information list (JP & Family)
- Cooperate and support for Expat. matter (If any)
- Cooperate and arrangement for Board of Director Meeting and concerned document.
TRAINING OPERATION
- Coordinate and organize inhouse, public training for document cooperation and filing, Training Record, Concerned Report.
- Organize training or motivate other section conduct training follow the training plan.
- Submit training document to Department of skill Development.
BUSINESS TRIP COOPERATION
- Support employee Hotel and flight booking, visa, and work permit.
- Coordinate with employee for make correct preparation and reimbursement.

- อัปเดตชาวต่างชาติ รายการข้อมูล (JP และครอบครัว)
- ให้ความร่วมมือและสนับสนุนชาวต่างชาติ เรื่อง (ถ้ามี)
- ให้ความร่วมมือและจัดเตรียมการประชุมคณะกรรมการและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
การดำเนินการฝึกอบรม
- ประสานงานและจัดการฝึกอบรมภายในองค์กร การฝึกอบรมสาธารณะสำหรับความร่วมมือและการยื่นเอกสาร บันทึกการฝึกอบรม รายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดฝึกอบรมหรือจูงใจส่วนอื่นๆ ดำเนินการฝึกอบรมตามแผนการฝึกอบรม
- ยื่นเอกสารการฝึกอบรมให้กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
ความร่วมมือการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจ
- รองรับการจองโรงแรมและเที่ยวบิน วีซ่า และใบอนุญาตทำงานของพนักงาน
- ประสานงานกับพนักงานเพื่อจัดเตรียมและเบิกจ่ายให้ถูกต้อง

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 27-40 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s Degree in Humanity Major Japanese or related field.
• At least 3 year experience of Japanese Interpretation in manufacturing company.
• Good personality and supportive team player, communication Skill , growth mindset
• Good communication skill, computer skill (MS Office and Power point etc.)
• Advance conversation high - business level of Japanese (N3 up)
• Advance conversation in English middle - high level.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)
