QA / QC Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and training for new QC staff
- Control working operation based on operation standards sheet
- Handle quality and support according to clients demands
- Analyse quality problems and suggest solution with Thai manager
- Other tasks by assigned Managers

ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- ดูแลและฝึกอบรมพนักงาน QC ใหม่
- ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานตามเอกสารมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน
- จัดการคุณภาพและการสนับสนุนตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาด้านคุณภาพและเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขกับผู้จัดการชาวไทย
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 27-39 years
• Female
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3year experience as QA/QC supervisor level in Automobiles or Plastics products company
• Have experience lead some subordinate including operator
• Basic level of English
• Personality : commit and responsible person
• Work in Automobiles or resin parts company is preferred
• Not job hopper (At least 2years experience in each company )
• Work in Japanese company is preferred

Workplace Area: Amata City Industrial Estate Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri)
About the Benefit
• Salary: 25,000–28,000THB

• มีประสบการณ์เป็นผู้นำผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาบางส่วนรวมทั้งผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้วย
• ระดับพื้นฐานภาษาอังกฤษ
• บุคลิกภาพ : เป็นคนมุ่งมั่นและมีความรับผิดชอบ
• ทำงานในบริษัทรถยนต์หรือชิ้นส่วนเรซินจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ไม่ใช่ job hopper (มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในแต่ละบริษัท)
• ทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่นจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• อังกฤษ : ขั้นพื้นฐาน
• ภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี
