<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety
- Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
- Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
- Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations
- Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions
- Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker’s compensation claims
- Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
- Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics
- Responsible for quality compliance and adhering to ISO standards in all products (ISO9001, ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 / ISO 50001)
- Other tasks as assigned by Top Management

- จัดทำและบังคับใช้นโยบายเพื่อสร้างวัฒนธรรมด้านสุขภาพและความปลอดภัย
- ประเมินแนวทางปฏิบัติ ขั้นตอน และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเพื่อประเมินความเสี่ยงและการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย
- จัดอบรมและนำเสนอเรื่องสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยและการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุ
- ติดตามการปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและกฎหมายโดยการตรวจสอบพนักงานและการปฏิบัติงาน
- ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์และเครื่องจักรเพื่อสังเกตสภาวะที่ไม่ปลอดภัยที่อาจเกิดขึ้น
- ตรวจสอบอุบัติเหตุหรือเหตุการณ์ต่างๆ เพื่อค้นหาสาเหตุและจัดการการเรียกร้องค่าชดเชยของคนงาน
- เสนอแนะแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหา โอกาสในการปรับปรุง หรือมาตรการป้องกันใหม่ๆ
- รายงานความตระหนักรู้ด้านสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยประเด็นและสถิติ
- รับผิดชอบการปฏิบัติตามคุณภาพและปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน ISO ในทุกผลิตภัณฑ์ (ISO9001, ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 / ISO 50001)
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บริหารระดับสูงมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 21 - 25 years old
- Bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety engineer
- At least 1 years experience in safety in manufacturing
- Fresh Graduate also welcome
- Knowledge of legal health and safety guidelines
- Have knowledge of (ISO9001, ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 / ISO 50001)
- Safety License Professional

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Good command of English skills
