<Job Responsibilities>
- Make quotation & update material adjustment to customer
- Checking forecast & update to production in case of order fluctuation
- Update delivery schedule checking stock & confirm with customer
- Support special order for sample wheel both import from other country & self-production
- Joint Sales & PC meeting and Sales meeting every week
- Support delivery in case of any problem occur & Negotiation with customer
- Support for survey sheet from customer
- Other document related to customers
- Summarize important sales issue per week for reporting in Sales meeting
- Negotiate with customer to achieve Sales target for example price in quotation and etc.
- Visiting customer very often get feedback from customer to improve the service performance
- Any assignment by SUPERVISES
- Support forecast & update to production in case of order fluctuation
- Must control and encourage the subordinates to follow the rules, law, procedures and management of safety, occupational health and the environment
- Follow up IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 system

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- เสนอราคาและอัปเดตวัสดุให้กับลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบการคาดการณ์และอัปเดตการผลิตในกรณีที่คำสั่งซื้อมีความผันผวน
- อัปเดตกำหนดการส่งมอบ การตรวจสอบสต็อก และยืนยันกับลูกค้า
- สนับสนุนการสั่งทำล้อตัวอย่างพิเศษทั้งนำเข้าจากประเทศอื่นและผลิตเอง
- การประชุมการขายและพีซีร่วมกันและการประชุมการขายทุกสัปดาห์
- สนับสนุนการจัดส่งในกรณีที่เกิดปัญหา & การเจรจากับลูกค้า
- สนับสนุน survey sheet จากลูกค้า
- เอกสารอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลูกค้า
- สรุปประเด็นการขายที่สำคัญต่อสัปดาห์เพื่อรายงานในการประชุมฝ่ายขาย
- เจรจากับลูกค้าเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย เช่น ราคาในใบเสนอราคา ฯลฯ
- การเยี่ยมเยียนลูกค้ามักจะได้รับคำติชมจากลูกค้าเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการบริการ
- การมอบหมายใด ๆ โดยหัวหน้า
- สนับสนุนการพยากรณ์และอัพเดทการผลิตในกรณีที่คำสั่งซื้อมีความผันผวน
- ต้องควบคุมและส่งเสริมให้ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์ กฎหมาย ขั้นตอน และการจัดการด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม
- ติดตามระบบ IATF 16949, ISO 14001 และ ISO 45001

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 25 - 28 years old
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 2 years experience as sales or sales support
- Good at Microsoft Excel and other computer skill
- Good command of English ( communication with Japanese GM and Manager )
- Able to visit client in Bangkok, Samutprakarn, Chonburi, and industrial area
- Driving license (Have company car)

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Passed training course IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Bang Phli Industrial Estate, Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri (Work hybrid operation: depends on department calendar)
1-2 Sat per month (depends on company calendar) )

- ทักษะ Microsoft Excel ที่ดีและทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์อื่น ๆ
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สื่อสารกับ GM และผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น)
- สามารถเยี่ยมลูกค้าในเขตกรุงเทพฯ สมุทรปราการ ชลบุรี และเขตอุตสาหกรรมได้
- ใบขับขี่รถยนต์ (มีรถบริษัท)
