<Job Responsibilities>
- Assist accountants for issuing documentation such as Invoice, Tax Invoice/Receipt, Delivery Note, etc.
- Record accounting transactions for Account Payable and Account Receivable module.
- Review expenses documents and prepare batch payment online via internet banking.
- Prepare VAT report and reconcile input VAT, output VAT in General Ledger.
- Prepare PND.3 & PND.53 reports and issue Certificate of WHT to vendor.
- Bank Reconciliation and prepare details of balance sheet accounts.
- Monthly Inventory physical.
- Contact to customer and external parties.
- Other finance administration matters.
- Assist other tasks assign by financial controller.


<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ช่วยนักบัญชีในการออกเอกสารต่างๆ เช่น Invoice, Tax Invoice/Receipt, Delivery Note เป็นต้น
- บันทึกธุรกรรมทางบัญชีสำหรับโมดูลบัญชีเจ้าหนี้และบัญชีลูกหนี้
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารค่าใช้จ่ายและเตรียมการชำระเป็นชุดออนไลน์ผ่านบริการธนาคารทางอินเทอร์เน็ต
- จัดทำรายงาน VAT และกระทบยอด VAT ขาเข้า, VAT ขาออกในบัญชีแยกประเภททั่วไป
- จัดทำรายงาน ภงด.3 และ ภงด.53 และออกใบรับรอง WHT ให้กับผู้ขาย
- การกระทบยอดธนาคารและจัดทำรายละเอียดบัญชีงบดุล
- สินค้าคงคลังรายเดือน
- ติดต่อลูกค้าและบุคคลภายนอก
- เรื่องการบริหารการเงินอื่นๆ
- ช่วยเหลืองานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้ควบคุมทางการเงิน


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 28 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- At least 1 year in Accounting role (Overall Accounting or AP or AR)
- Fundamental in English (mainly documents, email, some internal communication) with confident to use English
- MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) *Especially in Excel

- Comfort to work after working hour to complete monthly closing
- Ability to work under pressure with deadlines.
- Good in: interpersonal skill, team player, willing to learn new things, positive attitude, high responsibility, flexible, prioritize, be accurate and detail oriented.

<Preferable experience>
- Experience in Overall Accounting
- Experience in trading or related products
- Experience in communicating with customer
- NAVISION system

Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon - Fri (Sat: None))

- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
- อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในตำแหน่งด้านบัญชี (การบัญชีโดยรวมหรือ AP หรือ AR)
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐาน (ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเอกสาร อีเมล การสื่อสารภายในบางส่วน) และมีความมั่นใจในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ
- MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) *โดยเฉพาะใน Excel
