R&D Specialist

Job Responsibilities
- Research and develop new Premix/Products for the company based on customer’s requirements, Food trend etc.
- Prepare premix sample according to the customer request and coordinate with (Kerry, DHL) to deliver sample within timeline also prepare all necessary document together with sample (Spec, Sample delivery sheet, Instruction sheet, Labelling. Etc.)
- Make to Final products/Frozen samples using our premix to test internally and collect the comment from audience and summarize the comment and support submitting it to customers. In case Quality of samples don’t meet our/customer’s requirements, need to create the idea to improve quality, appearance & taste with creativity.
- Improve products to have better quality as well as to reduce costs, but remain quality to be closed to the original.
- Test new materials received from suppliers, then sensory quality and shelf life of the products also responsible to request new ingredient sample to purchasing staff.
- Prepare a summary of sample requested and prioritize to make the sample and report to Sales team by weekly.
- Manage Schedule of making samples/cleaning/material stocks in our Lab.

ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- วิจัยและพัฒนาพรีมิกซ์/ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ให้กับบริษัทตามความต้องการของลูกค้า เทรนด์อาหาร ฯลฯ
- จัดเตรียมตัวอย่างพรีมิกซ์ตามที่ลูกค้าร้องขอและประสานงานกับ (Kerry, DHL) เพื่อจัดส่งตัวอย่างภายในกำหนดเวลา พร้อมทั้งเตรียมเอกสารที่จำเป็นทั้งหมดพร้อมตัวอย่าง (Spec, Sample Delivery Sheet, Instruction sheet, Labelling ฯลฯ)
- จัดทำผลิตภัณฑ์ขั้นสุดท้าย/ตัวอย่างแช่แข็งโดยใช้พรีมิกซ์ของเราเพื่อทดสอบภายในและรวบรวมความคิดเห็นจากผู้ชม และสรุปความคิดเห็นและสนับสนุนการส่งความคิดเห็นให้กับลูกค้า ในกรณีที่คุณภาพของตัวอย่างไม่ตรงตามความต้องการของเรา/ลูกค้า จำเป็นต้องสร้างแนวคิดในการปรับปรุงคุณภาพ รูปลักษณ์ และรสชาติ ด้วยความคิดสร้างสรรค์
- ปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์ให้มีคุณภาพดีขึ้นพร้อมทั้งลดต้นทุนแต่ยังคงคุณภาพให้ใกล้เคียงกับต้นฉบับ
- ทดสอบวัสดุใหม่ที่ได้รับจากซัพพลายเออร์ จากนั้นคุณภาพทางประสาทสัมผัสและอายุการเก็บรักษาของผลิตภัณฑ์ รวมถึงรับผิดชอบในการขอตัวอย่างส่วนผสมใหม่ให้กับพนักงานจัดซื้อ
- จัดทำสรุปตัวอย่างที่ร้องขอและจัดลำดับความสำคัญในการทำตัวอย่างและรายงานให้ทีมขายทราบทุกสัปดาห์
- จัดการกำหนดการในการทำตัวอย่าง/การทำความสะอาด/สต๊อกวัสดุในห้องปฏิบัติการของเรา


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 27-36 years
• Any Gender
• Bachelor 's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields
• At least 3 years experiences in R&D for food manufacturing.
• At least 1 year having subordinated under control.
• GMP/ HACCP/ HALAL/ Related Food certification knowledge.
• Advance conversation middle level of English (Able to communicate with Japanese report line)

• สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลางขั้นสูง (สามารถสื่อสารกับสายรายงานภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้)
