<Job Responsibilities>
- Control full spectrum of warehouse management system; receiving, put-away, storage, packing, picking, and shipping out to customers. Include quarterly inventory checking and physical stock counting.
- Manage and record inventory flow for internal utilization. *Sometimes arranging packages in place by using forklift.
- Coordinate with local vendors in preparing transportation of the machines, parts, and tooling, loading/unloading to site (study packing dimension, suitability of containers, weight, road, distance, location, etc.)
- Generate related documents and coordinated with relate parties for incoming machines, returning goods and scheduling for delivery to customers.
- Administer of Import/Export document for the machines, parts, and tooling, etc. (check detail in shipping document; price, packing list, goods descriptions, marking and B/L).


<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ควบคุมระบบการจัดการคลังสินค้าอย่างเต็มรูปแบบ การรับ การขนย้าย การจัดเก็บ การบรรจุ การหยิบ และการขนส่งออกไปให้กับลูกค้า รวมถึงการตรวจสอบสินค้าคงคลังรายไตรมาสและการนับสต็อคจริง

- ประสานงานกับผู้ขายในพื้นที่ในการเตรียมการขนส่งเครื่องจักร ชิ้นส่วน และเครื่องมือ การขนถ่ายไปยังไซต์งาน (ศึกษามิติการบรรจุ ความเหมาะสมของภาชนะบรรจุ น้ำหนัก ถนน ระยะทาง สถานที่ ฯลฯ)
- สร้างเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องและประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องสำหรับเครื่องจักรขาเข้า การคืนสินค้า และกำหนดเวลาในการส่งมอบให้กับลูกค้า
- บริหารจัดการเอกสารนำเข้า/ส่งออกสำหรับเครื่องจักร ชิ้นส่วน และเครื่องมือ ฯลฯ (ตรวจสอบรายละเอียดในเอกสารการจัดส่ง ราคา รายการบรรจุภัณฑ์ คำอธิบายสินค้า เครื่องหมาย และ B/L)


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 24 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain or related
- 2+ years in logistics, warehouse control, goods distribution control, logistics & supply chain management.
- Good English (documentation, internal-external communicate)
- Have driving license, with own car
- Able to drive forklift and operate overhead crane.
- Good computer literacy skills; MS office

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in using SAPB1 (huge advantage) or other ERP
- Knowledge of using logistics & inventory software and barcode system

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Bangbo, Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8:30-17:15(Monday to Friday (Sat; If requested), Work in office)

- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาโลจิสติกส์และซัพพลายเชน หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 2 ปีขึ้นไปในด้านโลจิสติกส์ การควบคุมคลังสินค้า การควบคุมการกระจายสินค้า โลจิสติกส์ และการจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทาน
- ภาษาอังกฤษดี (เอกสาร สื่อสารภายใน-ภายนอก)
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
- สามารถขับรถโฟล์คลิฟท์ และควบคุมเครนเหนือศีรษะได้
- ทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ที่ดี; MS office

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ SAPB1 (ข้อได้เปรียบอย่างมาก) หรือ ERP อื่น ๆ
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้ซอฟต์แวร์โลจิสติกส์และสินค้าคงคลัง และระบบบาร์โค้ด
