<Job responsibilities>
- Mainly support Interpreting & Translating function by Email /documents/ meeting or Coordinate in production line.
- Responsible for everyday management morning meeting
- Coordinate and deal with clients both in English and Japanese language
- support Japanese MD in various meeting and also Exhibition
- Interpreter in general meeting & conference meeting for Marketing department or else.
- Translate the communication from Japanese to Thai and Thai to Japanese in order to support Japanese Management. *some English translation may required.
- Coordinate and participate in and out site company's activities.
- Other tasks as assigned.


<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- สนับสนุนฟังก์ชั่นล่ามและแปลเป็นหลักทางอีเมล / เอกสาร / การประชุมหรือประสานงานในสายการผลิต
- รับผิดชอบการประชุมการจัดการตอนเช้าทุกวัน
- ประสานงานและจัดการกับลูกค้าทั้งภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาญี่ปุ่น
- สนับสนุน MD ชาวญี่ปุ่นในการประชุมต่างๆ และนิทรรศการ
- ล่ามในการประชุมสามัญและประชุมฝ่ายการตลาดหรืออื่นๆ
- แปลการสื่อสารจากภาษาญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาไทย และภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่น เพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการภาษาญี่ปุ่น *อาจต้องมีการแปลภาษาอังกฤษบางส่วน
- ประสานงานและเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของบริษัทภายในและนอกสถานที่
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 35 years old
- At least 2 years as Interpreter, Management secretary or other position whose tasks related to Line production's language support.
- Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N3 level or above) both for Interpreting & documents Translating
- Good command in English (deal with foreigner customer, Other tasks)
- MS Office such as Word, Excel
- Comfort for overtime work
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- JLPT N2, N1
- Experienced in related industry
- Early join candidate

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational

Workplace Area: KhlongLuang, Pathumthani
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Sat (around 10 days per year))

- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย, หญิง อายุ 24 - 35 ปี
- อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในตำแหน่งล่าม เลขานุการฝ่ายบริหาร หรือตำแหน่งอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสนับสนุนภาษาของสายการผลิต
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญภาษาญี่ปุ่น (ระดับ JLPT N3 ขึ้นไป) ทั้งด้านล่ามและแปลเอกสาร
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ติดต่อกับลูกค้าชาวต่างชาติ, งานอื่นๆ)
- MS Office เช่น Word, Excel
- สะดวกในการทำงานล่วงเวลา
