<Job responsibilities>
- 2D and 3D design molds of new models.
- Support the Mold room in Solving/improvement of Fabrication process issues
- Involve in Technical discussion/Mold layout Review and input for improvement
- Coordinate with design, programming, and Mold Production regarding the new project
- Download/ control of Dwg, ECO, EN, DFM& QGF documents for design, QA
- to Coordinate process flow and process Instructions for the manufacturing of the new model
- Do Failure Analysis on customer feedback issues, and Provide the short-term and long-term
- issue Test Lot information to engineering evaluation for process improvement/ development.
- Review and Summarize the report of new model Production and qualify tooling to meet quality
- Knows the customer's expectations and molds actions to meet them.
- Quality awareness and utilization of quality systems to ensure that the products meet customer specification standards. Educate and monitor subordinates to handle RBA requirements, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and NCOT energy management policy.
- Performs related work as required.
- follow up company rules & regulations.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- การออกแบบแม่พิมพ์ 2D และ 3D ของรุ่นใหม่
- สนับสนุนห้องโมลด์ในการแก้ปัญหา/ปรับปรุงปัญหากระบวนการผลิต
- มีส่วนร่วมในการอภิปรายทางเทคนิค/ตรวจสอบเค้าโครงแม่พิมพ์และป้อนข้อมูลเพื่อการปรับปรุง
- ประสานงานกับการออกแบบ เขียนโปรแกรม และการผลิตแม่พิมพ์เกี่ยวกับโครงการใหม่
- ดาวน์โหลด/ควบคุมเอกสาร Dwg, ECO, EN, DFM& QGF สำหรับการออกแบบ, QA
- เพื่อประสานงานผังกระบวนการและคำแนะนำกระบวนการสำหรับการผลิตโมเดลใหม่
- ทำ Failure Analysis ในประเด็นคำติชมของลูกค้า และจัดทำระยะสั้นและระยะยาว
- ออกข้อมูล Test Lot ให้กับการประเมินทางวิศวกรรมเพื่อการปรับปรุง/พัฒนากระบวนการ
- ทบทวนและสรุปรายงานการผลิตโมเดลใหม่และกำหนดคุณสมบัติของเครื่องมือให้มีคุณภาพ
- สามารถคาดการณ์ความต้องการของลูกค้าได้
- การรับรู้คุณภาพและการใช้ระบบคุณภาพเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า ให้ความรู้และติดตามลูกน้องในการจัดการกับข้อกำหนด RBA, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 และนโยบายการจัดการพลังงานของ NCOT
- ปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวข้องตามความจำเป็น
- ติดตามกฎระเบียบและข้อบังคับของบริษัท


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Education: Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering / Mold design or a related Degree is desired
- Working Experience: 2 - 5 years in Hard Disk Drive, Automotive Parts or Electronics Parts and plastic injection mold design
- Skill: 3D CAD, NX 10 software and Auto CAD, Gstar CAD in Manufacturing of Mold Design
- knowledge of the Siemens NX program
- Team working and Excellent command of verbal and written Communication in English.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- From electronics manufacturing companies
- Working experience in a Japanese company

Workplace Area: Nong-Khae, Saraburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Friday (2 Sat / Month depending on the company's calendar))
