ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (สารเติมแต่งอาหารสัตว์ในโรงงาน/ฟาร์ม)
<Job responsibilities>
- Manage a Salesperson under assigned team on operational process
- Order and Sales Execute the day-to-day work with the current and potential customers to offer product
- Customer Relation Management , Update customer database and visiting customer
- Channel Development, Seek and establish potential and customer in order to create new pipeline
- Commercial Policy, Operate sales activities within the scope of Commercial Policy, monitor and supply market information, in terms of product offer, price situation and competitors performance
Other related tasks as assigned
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- บริหารจัดการพนักงานขายภายใต้ทีมงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายในกระบวนการปฏิบัติงาน
- การสั่งซื้อและการขาย ดำเนินการงานในแต่ละวันกับลูกค้าปัจจุบันและลูกค้าในอนาคตเพื่อนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์
- ดูแลความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า เพิ่มกลุ่มลูกค้า และเข้าพบลูกค้า
- การพัฒนาช่องทางการหาลูกค้าเพื่อสร้าง Pipeline ใหม่
- นโยบายเชิงพาณิชย์ ดำเนินกิจกรรมการขายภายในขอบเขตของนโยบายเชิงพาณิชย์ ติดตามและจัดหาข้อมูลตลาดในแง่ของข้อเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ สถานการณ์ราคา และประสิทธิภาพของคู่แข่ง

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 33 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry or related field
- Experience of sales for Feed additive in Feedmill or Farm or Experience sales chemical products related of Animal Health & Nutrition products
- Handle key Account customer.
- Experiences in managing team member at least 1-2 persons
- Good command in spoken & written English [to communicate with foreign managers]
- Strong presentation skill
- driving license and own car

- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี [เพื่อสื่อสารกับผู้จัดการชาวต่างชาติ]
- ทักษะการนำเสนอที่ดี
