Quality Assurance Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the QA Manager in managing and implementing the QMS according to the company policies and expectations.
- Collaborate with the management team and other members to maintain, modify and improve the quality system.
- Control, check and monitor product quality to ensure all products comply with company standards and customer requirements.
- Assist with the quality internal, external audit function and activities.
- Handle the customer claims and implement countermeasures as well as report to the management.
- Prepare all quality related documents.
- Organize and manage the QA team to achieve KPIs targets and company policies.
- Conduct improvement of quality in assembly and process.
- Minimize the defects and reduce waste.
- Other tasks as assigned.

ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- ช่วยเหลือผู้จัดการ QA ในการจัดการและดำเนินการ QMS ตามนโยบายและความคาดหวังของบริษัท
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมผู้บริหารและสมาชิกอื่น ๆ เพื่อรักษา ปรับเปลี่ยน และปรับปรุงระบบคุณภาพ
- ควบคุม ตรวจสอบ และติดตามคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของบริษัทและข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า
- ช่วยเหลืองานและกิจกรรมการตรวจสอบภายในและภายนอกที่มีคุณภาพ
- จัดการข้อเรียกร้องของลูกค้าและดำเนินมาตรการตอบโต้รวมทั้งรายงานต่อฝ่ายบริหาร
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพทั้งหมด
- จัดระเบียบและจัดการทีม QA เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย KPI และนโยบายของบริษัท
- ดำเนินการปรับปรุงคุณภาพในการประกอบและกระบวนการ
- ลดข้อบกพร่องและลดของเสีย
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย



Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality management system, quality assurance environment in automotive or electronic manufacturing industry.
• At least 3 years management experience as or Supervisor - Assistant Manager level.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, PPAP, Control Plan, MSA, APQP, FMEA, SPC, etc.
• Advance conversation in middle level of English.
• Proficiency in MS Office along with databases.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical thinking, team working, and time management skills.
• Able to start work immediately

• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในระบบการจัดการคุณภาพ สภาพแวดล้อมการประกันคุณภาพในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตยานยนต์หรืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในระดับหัวหน้างาน - ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ
• ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, PPAP, Control Plan, MSA, APQP, FMEA, SPC ฯลฯ
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• มีความเชี่ยวชาญใน MS Office พร้อมกับฐานข้อมูล
• ทักษะการแก้ปัญหาที่ยอดเยี่ยม การคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ การทำงานเป็นทีม และทักษะการบริหารเวลา
• สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
