Work details
Job Responsibilities
・Conduct the technical training to dealers and customers
・Assist dealers in resolving issues and complaints concerning products
・Assist dealers in spare parts recommend
・Summarize the warranty claim from dealers
・Analyzation warranty claim cases
・Maintain contact with dealers to obtain customer feedback regarding product performance and quality
・Assist internal spare parts team for part information
・Coordinate with relate section for troubleshooting the complaint from customer
・Joint with sales section or dealer to site visit end customers
・Other as assigned

・ดำเนินการฝึกอบรมด้านเทคนิคแก่ตัวแทนจำหน่ายและลูกค้า
・ช่วยเหลือตัวแทนจำหน่ายในการแก้ไขปัญหาและการร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์
・แนะนำตัวแทนจำหน่ายในด้านอะไหล่
・สรุปการเรียกร้องการรับประกันจากตัวแทนจำหน่าย
・การวิเคราะห์กรณีการเคลมการรับประกัน
・ติดต่อกับตัวแทนจำหน่ายเพื่อรับคำติชมจากลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพและคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์
・ช่วยเหลือทีมอะไหล่ภายในสำหรับข้อมูลชิ้นส่วน
・ประสานงานกับส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า
・ร่วมกับฝ่ายขายหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายเพื่อเยี่ยมชมสถานที่ของลูกค้า
・อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-35 years
• Male
• Bachelor Degree in any Engineering fields.
• At least 3 years work experiences in service experience in manufacturing company (Construction machine or heavy industry)
• Experience in customer complaint, auditing & supplier management.
• Experience and practice in ISO9001, ISO14001
• High responsibility, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Advance conversation middle level in English
• Computer proficiency (MS office, SAP, CRM)
• Knowing of construction machine, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical system
• Able to operate construction machine
• No job hoppers
• Good communication, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good technical knowledge and skills on the company’s products and services
• Good level of customer relationship management skills
• Good organization skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
• Hard work, ability to work under pressure
• Can travelling both local and oversea
