<Position Objective/Expectation >
・Responsible for supporting the development and growth of client business in term of strategic sourcing and purchasing plans within the key functional areas. He/she is to deliver the core requirements on quality, delivery, and cost in alignment with the company targets.
<Job Responsibilities>
・Sourcing and develop new items and suppliers from local and overseas according to specification and requirement.
・To analyze and Benchmark Cost Break Down on the selected item with comply with cost comparison.
・Select and negotiate for the best purchase in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers.
・To seek the potential local and oversea suppliers for the alternative product proposal.
・Qualify the new suppliers together with conducting the audit for ensure their quality meets with company requirement.
・Support all functions in Sourcing and Purchasing new alternative supplier for contractor any required items.
・Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
・Handle and perform the claim to suppliers for defectives, shortage or any problems in Sourcing and Purchasing Job.
・Maintain complete updated purchasing records, data and pricing in the system.
・Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.
・Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items to suppliers.
・Generate cost reduction idea and follow as comply by the objective targets.
・Prepare reports and summarize data.
・Any other as assigned by Supervisor
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor Degree in any Engineering fields.
・At least 3 years work experiences in estimate procurement experience in manufacturing company (Construction machine or heavy industry)
・Experience in estimate cost and materiel calculate.
・High responsibility, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
・Advance conversation middle level in English
・Computer proficiency(MS office, SAP, CRM)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience and practice in ISO9001, ISO14001 and TS16549
・Good communication, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
・Good level of customer relationship management skills
・Good organization skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
・Hard work, ability to work under pressure
・Can travelling both local and oversea
