Sales and Marketing Senior Officer (Japanese Speaking)

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain existing client and also find new client too. (50/50)
- Visit customer in Eastern Seaboard area by your own car. (company will pay gasoline allowance for visiting customer case.)
- Responsible for supporting and developing sales and marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
- Improve brand and market awareness through cooperation with appointed International dealer / markets.
- Develop and support Sales through International dealers / markets.
- Expand product solutions and offerings.
- Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business
development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

- ปรับปรุงการรับรู้ถึงแบรนด์และตลาดผ่านความร่วมมือกับตัวแทนจำหน่าย / ตลาดต่างประเทศที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้ง
- พัฒนาและสนับสนุนการขายผ่านตัวแทนจำหน่าย / ตลาดต่างประเทศ
- ขยายโซลูชันและข้อเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์

- กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์การขายโดยการคาดการณ์และพัฒนาโควตาการขายประจำปีสำหรับภูมิภาคและดินแดน ประมาณการปริมาณการขายและกำไรที่คาดหวังสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีอยู่และผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-35 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Have working experience at least 2 years about Sales and Marketing (JP Speaking) from any manufacturing industry or Have 2 years working experience as JP Interpreter in any manufacturing industry (Willing to learn sales tasks)
• Conversational high-business level of Japanese only (JLPT N3-N1)
• Conversational low-middle level of English
• Have own car and driving license
• Able to use MS Office
• Have JLPT N2 up is preferable
